The interactive teller machine (ITM) will be located in the drive through of the Wesley Chapel branch located at 2579 Bruce B Downs Blvd.

The Interactive Teller Machine enables the Credit Union to offer members the benefits of the branch experience in one easy solution by combining video collaboration and remote transaction processing technology embedded within the machine. Members will be able to easily connect with a remote teller in a highly personalized, two-way audio/video interaction.

In the near future, members will also have the option of self-service and ATM functionality.
"We believe our members will find the experience easy and convenient," says Bob Fisher, President and CEO. "It's really no different from a service standpoint than speaking with a Grow Financial relationship specialist inside a branch," says Fisher.

Members will simply be able to pull up to the drive through and press one button that will call a member service representative at the Grow Financial headquarters office to assist them. All of the same transactions that can take place in a regular drive through can also take place in this new interactive atmosphere, including a text to chat option used in conjunction with the video and audio. Installing Interactive Teller Machines is a new direction the Credit Union is headed for future branches.

"The interactive teller machine will allow our branch to better service our members inside the branch to assist with their banking needs by focusing more on service and advice, while a dedicated staff of video relationship specialists will focus on the members' routine transactions," says Fisher.

Grow Financial plans to reveal the new ITM machine on the morning of Wednesday, October 16 to one specially selected member and again to the public on Saturday, October 19 during a community grand opening event from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m., which will also include an official ribbon cutting ceremony with dignitaries and chamber members of the Wesley Chapel community.

As Grow Financial moves toward this new technology, other branches will also be implementing ITM machines in the near future. Three Grow Financial branches located in the Tampa Bay area are all scheduled to receive the ITM technology by the end of 2013 including Hyde Park, South Tampa and New Tampa branches.
