Digital Insight announced today that it is working with Royal Credit Union to offer digital banking services and solutions to the credit union's more than 140,000 members.
With more than $1.3 billion in assets, Royal Credit Union will enhance its mobile and online financial management capabilities with the help of Digital Insight's digital banking solutions to serve its members throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota.

Digital Insight data shows that customers now interact with their financial institution via the digital branch more than any other way. An ongoing study revealed online customers interact with their financial institution's website approximately 10 times per month and 19 times per month when mobile is added.
By working with Digital Insight, Royal Credit Union will be taking advantage of Digital Insight's flexible platform, an online and mobile software-as-a-service platform that allows financial institutions to seamlessly incorporate solutions created by third-party developers or bankers themselves via application programming interfaces, or APIs.
Royal Credit Union members can now manage their finances easily with a suite of digital banking offerings including:
• Mobile and Tablet Apps for Apple and Android with Mobile Remote Deposit Capture, allowing members to bank anytime and anywhere.
• Personal Financial Management capabilities with FinanceWorksTM, helping members manage their information and accounts, ensure bills are paid on time, allows members to see where their money is going, and receive a variety of alerts about their financial status via e-mail.
• Purchase Rewards, enabling customers to receive and activate customized merchant-funded discounts or rewards that are based on their personal buying habits.
• TurboTax® for Online Banking, to quickly and easily prepare, plan and file tax returns within one online banking session.
