IMM, a provider of innovative eSignature, workflow and document solutions for financial institutions, today announced that Colorado-based Premier Members Federal Credit Union has implemented Document Exchange, its cloud-based eSignature solution.

The credit union went live in June, and anticipates Document Exchange will provide convenience to its members and loan officers, saving thousands of hours each year through an electronically streamlined process.

Desiring to further expand its reach and markets, the more than $445 million credit union needed to extend its presence beyond the physical branch network. Premier Members selected MeridianLink's LoansPQ™ Web-based consumer loan management solution, which seamlessly integrates with IMM, to provide membership an end-to-end solution. The credit union transitioned from managing multiple independent systems to a single, enterprise-wide platform for document preparation and eSignature with IMM.

Brooke Thomas, loan administrator at Premier Members Federal Credit Union, said, "Our commitment to members is to 'provide a Premier loan process.' By partnering with IMM, we have been able to turn a portion of that commitment into reality. IMM's technology gives our members a secure channel to review and easily sign documents at their convenience, in-person or remotely via the Web."

IMM's Document Exchange provides authentication, eSignature and document integrity to deliver legally enforceable electronic signature and records. Document Exchange is powered by Adobe® EchoSign® and combined with key integration points makes for a quick value proposition. Document Exchange is both browser- and device-agnostic to allow for eSigning on mobile devices and traditional PCs. It integrates with numerous core and lending/deposit systems as well as ECM/imaging systems for a complete, end-to-end processing solution.

"It is encouraging to see Premier Members embrace the technology and move members to eSign documents via our remote channel in Document Exchange," said John Levy, EVP and co-founder of IMM. "It is easy to implement and assures the credit union that all documents passed through the solution are fully compliant and exceeding current document regulatory standards."
