Payveris LLC, a next generation online and mobile payments company that offers a full range of bill payment and interbank transfer solutions to banks and credit unions, announced that it will be providing bill payment services to Moven, the world's first real-time mobile money management service that lets consumers spend money from their mobile device and provides instant feedback on transactions and spending patterns.
"We are excited to be partnering with Moven. They're a market leader dedicated to helping people easily manage their personal financial economy from their mobile device," said Payveris President Fran Duggan. "Our services will be fully integrated with Moven's offerings and seamless for their customers."
The ability of Payveris' bill payment and money transfer services to work across multiple platforms (PC, tablets and phones) allows Moven to leverage the dramatic increase in the use of mobile phones for managing personal finances. According to the Pew Research Center, 32 percent of U.S. adults, or 35 percent of cell phone owners, bank using their mobile phones. This type of digital banking is on the rise. In 2011, only 18 percent of cell phone owners said they used their phone to check their balance or transact business with a bank.
"We are impressed with the ability of Payveris' bill pay applications to work within our unique prepaid card infrastructure and mobile platform," said Moven COO Ramy Serageldin. "Leveraging the Payveris API interface allows us to create an optimal user experience for our customers."
