Under terms of the agreement, First Data will partner with Talmer Bank and Trust to distribute payment processing services to the bank's clients throughout their client-facing channels, including its 42 retail branch network. First Data will manage operations, risk management and merchant sales activities, leveraging the Talmer Bank and Trust brand and the strength of their relationships.
