The fully-functional mobile banking service can be downloaded free of cost and is available to customers on Android and iOS platforms throughout Qatar.
Snapp utilizes state-of-the-art technology that allows customers to enjoy a wide range of banking services on their phones, including the ability to view account balances, pay utility bills, money transfers, request for cheque-books, request for bank statements, activate or block ATM/debit/credit cards, view promotional offers, locate branches and ATMs and much more.
A convenient feature of the service is that customers will be able to use the same information as their Mashreq online banking. This ensures customers to have access to their bank 24x7, anywhere and at any time.

Snapp Mashreq Mobile Banking is built on the Vipera Platform and employs state-of-the-art technology to ensure the highest standard of security. Customers receive an instant SMS alert on their registered mobile number for every financial transaction. Furthermore, only beneficiaries activated via 'One Time Password' will be enabled for bill payment or money transfer. This enhances security and makes mobile banking simple and user friendly.
