Trade Settlement Inc., a leading provider of automated loan settlement technology, announced today its latest set of enhancements, designed specifically to help the company's Buy Side customers complete internal portfolio transfers quickly and painlessly via TSI's automated platform.

As a major part of today's release of Version 5.6, TSI has added several new features to its existing array of tools, including the ability to easily import trade data, populate settlement documents automatically, execute for both sides of the transaction electronically, track the entire process and run reports that can be exported to Excel.

According to Pat Loret de Mola, founder and CEO of TSI, "Our Company has always endeavored to provide the most efficient solutions possible to all players in the syndicated loan market. This new offering for the Buy Side will help make their lives easier because our system does all the heavy lifting for them. We are confident that we can help them close buy side portfolio transfers faster and more accurately than ever before."
