The service enhances the already robust mobile banking functionality taking convenience to a new level. "We know that many consumer and small business clients visit the branch only to deposit paper checks," said Patrick J. Ward, Chairman and CEO of Penn Liberty Bank, "now they have another option that helps free up time and alleviate multiple trips to the bank."

In addition to depositing checks with Penn Liberty Bank's Mobile Banking iPhone and Android app, users are able to view their account balances and transaction history, including images of the checks deposited with the mobile check deposit service, transfer between their Penn Liberty Bank accounts and bank accounts at other financial institutions, contact the Bank through one button dialing, and locate bank branches.

The Deposit Ease with Mobile service is easy to use and is free to bank clients. To use the mobile service, clients simply sign up through the free Penn Liberty OnLine internet banking service for mobile banking and mobile check deposit, then download the free iPhone or Android mobile banking app. Once signed up, the service is available immediately.

"We are excited to continue to offer the latest technology and convenience to our customers," said David K. Griest, Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer. "This new service paves the way for additional enhancements in our product development strategy."
