A new, highly secure, mobile business platform, ZNAP enables consumers to pay by simply scanning a QR code with their smartphone, selecting a pre-stored credit/ debit card, and entering a four-digit PIN to complete the transaction in seconds. Both buyer and seller receive immediate confirmation once the payment has been completed.

Under the terms of the new partnership, Unirisx will build ZNAP into its insurance service, which offers direct, consumer facing web-based insurance policy purchasing on a global basis. Customers will now be able to scan a QR Code during the transaction using the ZNAP app to pay for an insurance product instantly, using a variety of payment options. The new Unirisx mobile app, using app-to-app communications for payment, will also offer additional distribution channels for simple insurance policies, for example travel cover and other personal lines.
