Banco Itau -‐ Miami and Nassau branches -‐ chose its new Customer Relationship Management system: the module Kynox, developed by Jiway, is going to be installed in the coming months inside the IT environment of the two entities.
The project launch and the configuration of the software are on the agenda of August, with production expected to Fall 2013.
Jiway is a partner of Banco Itau for several years and is delighted to confirm the collaboration through this new service agreement.
