TotaleAtlas is IMM's flagship eSignature and electronic document presentment platform. iSign, the native iPad client application for TotaleAtlas, eliminates the need for costly legacy signature pads and further expedites electronic document completion for key business transactions.

Bellwether, with only three locations, serves more than 30,000 members throughout New Hampshire. Enabling those members to bank remotely and through self-service channels is a priority for the credit union. iSign for TotaleAtlas aligns with Bellwether's mission to provide "easy solutions to complex financial needs," as it integrates with the credit union's core business applications creating dynamic documents and forms readily available for eSignature. And, since the credit union operates dialogue branches, iPads allow for even more portability and improved interaction within its environment - and with its membership.

Jeff Benson, chief information officer, Bellwether Community Credit Union, said, "IMM has a leg-up on remote closing capabilities. We have always been a technologically-focused credit union, and adding iSign for TotaleAtlas has really encouraged our members to embrace the ease and convenience of electronic document signing. People today are comfortable using tablets - even find them appealing to use. If members can access and close fully electronic loan files on these devices, they are going to take advantage of it."

Bellwether went live in February with iSign in-branch. It had recently converted its loan origination platform to CRIF Lending Solutions' CRIF ACTion loan and account origination system, and with a centralized lending model required strong integration points to TotaleAtlas to ensure efficiency in the front office. Now more information can flow from the credit union's core system and CRIF ACTion to TotaleAtlas faster and with fewer errors. TotaleAtlas' automated workflow functionality ensures documents always get into the right person's hands at the right point in the business transaction cycle. Bellwether is closing loans almost instantly, improving the rate of accessing files and reducing unnecessary quality control measures.

"For in-branch signing events, Bellwether is providing a convenient, mobile and efficient experience," said John Levy, EVP and co-founder of IMM. "The credit union has really implemented a culture of electronic technology, which allows members to transact business where, when and how they are most comfortable."
