CSI introduces compliance help desk

The constant introduction of new regulatory requirements from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and other agencies has many financial institutions scrambling to keep their heads above water.

In an effort to offer financial institutions a simplified approach to the compliance process, Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) (CSVI), a provider of end-to-end technology solutions that empower financial institutions and businesses to remain competitive, compliant and profitable, introduces ComplianceNet as a new component of its Managed Compliance Services. ComplianceNet provides institutions with access to a dedicated help desk staffed by seasoned compliance professionals to address and resolve compliance questions regarding regulatory issues.

Operating as an extension of the institution's existing internal compliance team, ComplianceNet is an email-based application that provides compliance staff with an easy and efficient way to communicate with CSI compliance experts. The application automatically routes user-submitted questions to the compliance team, where an expert prepares an email response to the institution's inquiry within 24 business hours.

Beyond its functionality as a general compliance-knowledge application, ComplianceNet also allows institutions to submit advertising material and drafted policies to CSI's compliance team for review and feedback. Institutions using ComplianceNet gain the ability to quickly get answers to questions and feedback on new ads or policies. Additional features include access to the following:

Updates and advice on pressing compliance issues;
Educational webinars; and
Monthly reporting on the institution's cases and solutions history.
