Citi Commercial Cards rolls out mobile account management tool

Citi Commercial Cards has rolled-out CitiManager Mobile, a mobile-optimized version of the CitiManager desktop portal, Citi's state-of-the- art account management tool.

With the CitiManager Mobile site, Citi corporate cardholders can easily view their accounts, statements and new transactions from multiple device types, including iPhone, Windows, Android, and Blackberry.

CitiManager Mobile is accessible in 22 languages and offers a streamlined, mobile-optimized version of the core functionalities available in the CitiManager desktop portal. Once logged onto CitiManager Mobile, cardholders can easily select which Citi account to view before navigating to their account, statement and new transaction details.

"Because it is available to cardholders in over 20 languages in over 50 countries, CitiManager Mobile sets us apart from our competitors and allows our cardholders to continue experiencing an offering that is truly global."

Additionally, for U.S. companies, Citi has enabled cardholders to pay outstanding balances on their Citi Commercial Card accounts through CitiManager Mobile. This unique payment feature allows cardholders to view their current balance and their balance due, select the bank account from which they would like to pay their bills, and pay any amount up to the balance due.

Citi's launch of the CitiManager Mobile site comes within a year of the launch of Citi's global Citi Commercial Cards Alerts. Now with over 35 different email and SMS alerts to choose from, and availability in 15 languages and over 50 countries, Citi has demonstrated its commitment to be a leader in delivering digital solutions in its Commercial Cards business.
