Xuber extends software support services

Xuber, Xchanging's insurance software business, has extended its existing software support services to include two new offerings: Xuber Support+ and Xuber Optimise. These services will provide additional assistance to Xuber customers around the world.

The Xuber support teams who will deliver these offerings are comprised of 130 professionals, with an average of 9 years' experience of Xuber products, and 12 years' within insurance. The teams are based in the UK, USA, Malaysia and India, and currently offer a range of services including helpdesk, issue analysis, product enhancement and release management.

Xuber Support+ provides customers with bespoke technology support services that are customised to their specific business needs:

• Extended Support - Giving customers the ability to extend the scope of issues covered as well as access to expertise beyond their standard support contract such as ad hoc on call support and 24/7 cover.
• Dedicated Support - Dedicated Xuber professionals will be available to provide hands-on support on a short or long term basis.
• Testing Services - Bespoke testing, tailored to the particular configuration being used by the customer and executed on their behalf.

Xuber Optimise allows customers to maximise the potential of their Xuber solutions through the following services:

• Health Checks - The ability to evaluate the efficiency of Xuber software solutions to ensure they are running at their full potential as well as identifying areas for improvement.
• Upgrade Support - Services to support customers throughout the upgrade process, ensuring that business continues as usual.
• New Feature Review - Assistance in reviewing new features, enabling customers to determine the best solutions for their business.
• Implementing Change - Support in implementing new features or solutions and training end users to ensure minimum disruption.

Xuber Support+ and Xuber Optimise are available to support the following Xuber products: Genius, Iris, Elgar, Brokasure, Xuber for Insurers, Xuber for Reinsurers, Xuber for Brokers and Xuber for MGAs.
