The Shoreditch Suite is designed for start-ups, early stage and fast-growth companies, providing a cost effective and readily scalable approach to their technology infrastructure.

Bringing a larger corporate-style technology infrastructure in bite-size chunks, the Shoreditch Suite offers a resilient and highly-secure technology environment, enabling firms to easily scale in step with their company's evolution.

The Shoreditch Suite will provide ultra-fast connections to private and community-based managed services including back-up, disaster-recovery and collaboration ventures.

Volta Data Centres has made a multi-million pound investment refurbishing the data centre on Great Sutton Street on the edge of Shoreditch. Optimity has built a formidable reputation in Shoreditch's tech community with its ultra-fast LDN+ internet connections that can be supplied within days. Together, they recognised an opportunity to help local digital, tech and media companies achieve their ambition for affordable growth.

Commenting on the launch of The Shoreditch Suite, Julian King, Commercial Director of Volta Data Centres said, "Shoreditch buzzes with entrepreneurism. Every which way we turn we come across start-up and early-stage firms brimming with new ideas and ambitions of growth. With Optimity we saw an opportunity to provide these enterprises with a similar approach to large corporate infrastructure but at a fraction of the cost. Together we can offer the whole 'Suite', designed with the Shoreditch community in mind.

Anthony Impey, Managing Partner of Optimity added, "Shoreditch has become the hub of innovation and entrepreneurialism, full of ambitious, fast-growth businesses. However, for Shoreditch to produce the next Facebook or Google, it is absolutely essential that we have infrastructure that is high-performance and rapidly scalable. By bringing together the expertise of Optimity and Volta, we are able to provide exactly this."

The Volta Great Sutton Street Data Centre opens its doors this June and The Shoreditch Suite will offer a variety of ultra-fast managed services and data storage options, ranging from 1u to private caged areas offering 50KW upwards.
