Capital Banking Solutions bundles software with IBM middleware

Capital Banking Solutions, an IBM Business Partner and provider of ready-to-use banking solutions for retail, corporate and private banks, as well as financial institutions, today announced an Application Specific License (ASL) partnership with IBM.

The ASL partnership enables Capital Banking Solutions to bundle CapitalBanker -- its core banking platform and portfolio of extensible software modules -- with IBM WebSphere Application Server, Business Process Manager Advanced and Operational Decision Manager.

The powerful combination will provide clients with a reliable infrastructure, extended and sophisticated business process management capabilities, seamless integration across the enterprise and unmatched flexibility and event processing due to business rules.

The company services businesses across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the Americas with flexible delivery models, from on-premise installations to managed hosting to banking in the cloud, and supports the business functions for commercial banks as well as key functions such as business intelligence, risk management and compliance, bank office automation, and multi-channel support including internet and mobile banking.

The solutions will be showcased at IBM Impact 2013, April 28th - May 2nd, in Las Vegas, NV, Booth IS-8. Nicolas Jabbour will also be presenting Session BPB-3303, "Designing Banking Apps in the Era of Mobile, Agile BPM and Cloud," on Tuesday, April 30th from 12:00 PM - 12:45 PM in Venetian Lando 4301B. He will discuss how the banking landscape is changing and how the right patterns of technology and methodologies can be leveraged to address the rapidly growing requirements.
