IDT is a software-based credit card terminal allowing a business to accept credit cards from any personal computer. IDT operates on all Microsoft operating systems and can process Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, JCB and Diners as well as all debit cards.

PWEB President Chris Larsen remarked, "We are now at a point where the company is actively seeking distribution channels for this revolutionary new software product. With the improvements that have been made over the past several weeks, including the addition of a recurring billing feature, we believe a wide range of businesses can benefit from the use of this product."

Larsen concluded, "As a tool, IDT represents continued progress in the company's quest to provide the most thorough, efficient and economic suite of online products available in the market for small to medium-sized businesses."

This product offering represents a joint effort between IntelliPay, First Tennessee Bank and First Horizon Merchant Services who will provide the initial distribution for the product.
