Holley Holland appoints Richard Hallt principal consultant

Holley Holland a boutique consultancy specialising in the financial services industry appoints Richard Hallt as principal consultant.

Hallt will provide expert consulting advice to ensure the firm develops and delivers only the most advanced business transformation programmes to meet the changing industry challenges of each client.

With over 25 years investment accounting, operations and IT experience, Hallt brings additional knowledge and leadership qualities to the Holley Holland team. He previously worked at a senior consulting level with Ernst & Young, Thompson Reuters, JPMorgan, Fidelity, LBG, Merrill Lynch, Threadneedle, BNYM, BNP Paribas and Schroders. Hallt's roles have included head of function, project sponsorship, programme management and project management. Over the years Hallt has significant experience of acquisition, integration, change, system implementation and strategic operational design.

Hallt's real practitioner led experience complements the industry knowledge and expertise of the company's founding partners, Andrew Holley and Mark Holland. Together, Holley and Holland have over 50 years' experience across the financial services sector, having held a range of senior and executive management positions for firms such as JP Morgan and KPMG Consulting.
