Both partners are providers of data centre solutions in their respective countries. As well as offering on-premise solutions, they implement the innovative SaaS model (software as a service) and will operate FERNBACH's software in their own computer centres. Their customers only need an internet browser to use the FERNBACH applications. In this case, Datacell Consult and PT Telkomsigma act as Application Service Providers and provide the managed service for the operation of the applications.

The partners are currently undergoing intensive training by FERNBACH staff in the intricacies and operation of the software. The distributors focus particularly on the FlexFinance solution as a whole whose platform covers all CFO requirements, apart from the regulatory requirements resulting from Basel II/III and IFRS. When acquiring new customers, the partners will be able to benefit from their excellent connections to numerous national banks as well as their vast experience with the local financial market.

Quoting Mr. Anthony Campbell-Brown, Managing Director APAC, FERNBACH-Software: "With Telkomsigma, we are now engaging with the leading data centre provider in Indonesia. FERNBACH's FlexFinance solution combined with the extensive customer base of PT Sigma Cipta Caraka will ensure that our collaboration produces very successful results and will allow small and medium-sized banks in Indonesia to access the world class solution, FlexFinance, that much larger banks use to manage their day to day finance and risk world."
