Intelligent Payments Group, the Gibraltar based provider of gateway services to leading EU merchants, today announced that International Transaction Payment Solutions (ITPS), the Dublin based payment and consulting group, together with the Executive Management of Intelligent Payments, have acquired a majority interest in the company from existing shareholders, Newcote International (Newcote).
Newcote is the founder shareholder of Intelligent Payments and owner of Victor Chandler International, internationally known and respected leader in the gaming sector.
Speaking today in Gibraltar, Joyce Newman, Group CEO of Intelligent Payments said: "We are delighted to welcome the skills and experience of the ITPS team into Intelligent Payments, and we are confident our existing and future customer base will benefit from this alliance which combines the expertise of ITPS with the particular strengths required in the gaming community such as risk, fraud and KYC management, uncompromising security and the ability to operate the system in a bespoke manner at high velocity whilst maintaining the integrity of the transaction".
