Xpress Money launches direct to account remittance service across Europe

Xpress Money, the world's most dependable money transfer brand announced the launch of direct account credit services to more than 30 countries across Europe.

This service allows customers from 15 European countries to conveniently transfer money into their beneficiary's bank accounts, using Xpress Money channels. Customers will be able to do direct transfer to accounts in more than 1500 banks in the region, and can also register multiple beneficiaries for the service.

The countries where direct account credits are possible from include Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Norway Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and United Kingdom. Xpress Money will be extending this service to more countries by the end of 2013.

Talking about this new service, Mr. Sudhesh Giriyan - Vice President & Business Head, Xpress Money said, "At Xpress Money we continuously work towards innovating with our service offerings, so that we ensure customer delight at every step of the way. So far our European customers have been sending money using our Cash-to-Cash service, however recent research showed that there's a growing need amongst customers to have an easier and more convenient way of sending money back home. Hence, we introduced the Direct to Account Credit service through a strategic partnership with one of the largest payment solutions provider in the region." He further added, "We remain committed to serving our customers better, and will extend this service to more European countries by the end of this year."

To use this service a customer needs to register themselves and their beneficiary through a onetime registration process; this can be done at more than 6500 Xpress Money locations across Europe.
