SEC delays ruling on Nasdaq Facebook IPO compensation

Securities regulators in the USA will delay a ruling on Nasdaq OMX Group's plan to compensate firms that suffered losses during Facebook's botched IPO in May.

The SEC, which had been expected to make a decision by January. 28, said its decision would be made by March 29.
