Systar signs financial message monitoring deal with Banque Internationale à Luxembourg

Systar (ISIN: FR0000052854-SAR), a leading provider of Operational Intelligence software, today announced that Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (BIL) has chosen its financial message monitoring application, Process Performance for SWIFT, to improve client experience, achieve operational excellence and reduce operational risk within the SWIFT messaging platform.

BIL is the oldest private bank in the Grand Duchy. Since its creation, BIL has played a major role in Luxembourg's economy and currently operates retail banking, private banking, corporate banking and financial markets businesses.

In addition to its SWIFT activity, BIL processes SWIFT messages on behalf of twenty other financial institutions. BIL's SWIFT infrastructure also relies on two different components, Swift Alliance Access and GTExchange from STERCI. With Systar's Process Performance for SWIFT application, BIL can ensure optimal quality of service, meet customers' expectations on time and manage risks that could have a negative impact on the bank and its customers.

Systar's Process Performance for SWIFT provides real-time insight into the SWIFT Messaging environment through end-to-end performance monitoring, from internal applications to the SWIFT gateway (SAG). It helps banks improve operational performance, address emerging risks and communicate proactively with lines of business and clients. Process Performance for SWIFT has been awarded the 2012 SWIFTReady Application label. This is the fourth consecutive year that Systar has earned SWIFT Ready certification.
