Ingenico's Next Generation platform and smartphone application combines loyalty, gifting, promotion management and secure payments across multi-channel retail environments including web, POS, mobile POS and self-service kiosks. Customers can redeem coupons against product purchases, via a QR Code and collect loyalty points which can be collected for product savings and discounts.

Ingenico's smartphone application and platform is able to provide the latest geo-location services. These geo-location services allow retailers to provide targeted offers to consumers compliant with local laws and based on, for example, spend history, store preferences and behaviours; and allows consumers locate their nearest store and to find offers local and relevant to their needs. Ingenico's solution allows consumers to opt in or out of these services at any time, ensuring the retailer is compliant with local privacy laws. The platform and smartphone application can be used by retailers as a standalone module or combined with existing self-ordering application such as 'click and collect' use cases.
