The integration will provide advisors and brokers with a two-way data exchange giving them a tighter integration between different core systems and an easier way to share data. Automated customer information from Redtail CRM will feed directly into AccountQTM, Quadron's account opening solution, and the firm's account opening process. Quadron will seamlessly return client profitability information to Redtail providing advisors with a holistic view of client and prospect data within the application.

Redtail CRM data will prepopulate AccountQ with customer data to help reduce redundant data entry, resulting in the decrease of Not-In-Good-Order (NIGO) rates and fewer chances for manual error. The integration will leverage Quadron's existing integration capabilities and Redtail's CRM to ensure accurate and efficient data exchange and increase the speed and precision by which accounts are opened. Additionally, Quadron will provide Redtail with client profitability data and revenue numbers for previous day, year-to-date and since inception. Gross revenue values will be generated from aggregated client data housed in AdvisorQTM, while subscribers to EarningsQTM can drill down to obtain gross and net revenue numbers as well as transaction and execution costs.

David Fetter, CEO, Quadron Data Solutions, said: "What separates this integration from others is that it utilizes a two-way data exchange between the solutions. Redtail CRM prepopulates new account data to AccountQ while our data warehouse, DataProTM, AdvisorQ and EarningsQ provide additional client profitability information to improve practice management. With regulations like FINRA 2090 Know Your Customer, it's important to have a holistic view of client data. Our planned feed of aggregated account values enhances client management to provide advisors with a more complete view of their business."

Brian McLaughlin, CEO, Redtail Technology, said: "This integration represents the first time we time we have incorporated third party profitability data into our system. It's a big step for us to work with another company in this way, and we will continue to work jointly with Quadron to provide additional features such as shared client suitability information and aggregated client holdings. Our goal is to give advisors more visibility into aggregated client and prospect data so they can have a better view of their profitability scenario, and ultimately, their entire enterprise."

AccountQ is part of Quadron's Q-Suite, a series of seamless end-to-end solutions for broker-dealers and financial professionals. This centralized tool allows financial services firms and advisors to streamline new account opening and management functions, regardless of where the account custodied. The Q-Suite includes applications for account management (AccountQ), pre-trade compliance supervision (ComplianceQ), commission reporting (EarningsQ) and business reporting and analytics (ReportQ). All of Quadron's Q-Suite products are supported by Fetter Logic's industry-leading data warehousing technology, DataPro, which eliminates data loss when information is passed through multiple systems.
