Orange Business Services - Trading Solutions, the leader in voice and electronic trading infrastructure and services for the trading communities, today announced the launch of Open Trade, the first innovative trading communications platform, in Korea.

The cloud-ready smart turret combines voice, video, email, instant messaging and web-based applications into one communication device.

Sold in partnership with a local company Daehung Data Communications, Open Trade combines an intuitive and flexible approach to unified communications and brings together the essential tools a trader needs for speedy transactions in the fast-moving global financial markets. Open Trade provides reliable, secure and fast contact management, but also intelligent presence management. Its native internet protocol (IP) and session initiation protocol (SIP) standard interfaces ensure flexibility so that the platform can adapt to any organisational configuration, and is optimised for smooth deployment, aligning with customers' IT architecture. Its compact design also enables a space saving of 80% in the technical room and 50% desk real estate.
