The new office will support Q2ebanking's steady client growth with the resources and additional industry professionals needed to drive further success.

"Expanding into the Atlanta area is a natural move for us and is a testament to the demand we are experiencing for electronic banking services," said Matt Flake, CEO and president of Q2ebanking. "Atlanta is rapidly becoming an East Coast technology corridor and was recently ranked by the U.S. Census Bureau as one of the nation's fastest growing cities. Having a presence there gives us access to some of the industry's most well respected professionals and ensures that our clients continue to receive unprecedented support."

The Atlanta office is scheduled to open this August and will be located at 6075 The Corners Parkway, Norcross, Ga. in the city's Technology Park area. Throughout the rest of 2012 Q2ebanking will hire approximately 40 new employees for the Atlanta office, focusing on new product development, implementation and delivery engineers as well as Q&A and customer support engineers.

Jim Schaper, chairman of Atlanta based Infor and a board member of Q2ebanking's parent company, CBG Holdings Inc., said, "Atlanta is an ideal location for a private equity backed technology company expanding as quickly as Q2ebanking. This new office will support the company's continued revenue growth and product momentum and provides a great opportunity for professionals in the area to join an innovative organization at this time of high growth."

Q2ebanking already boasts several Georgia-based employees, including David Peterson, executive vice president of customer experience and innovation; Joe Cody, senior vice president of banking strategies; Clark Alexander, regional sales manager; Cheryl Gipson, relationship manager; Gil Grey, vice president of product; and Ward Howell, director of channels.

Sherri Manning, vice president of Human Resources for Q2ebanking, said, "Q2ebanking is a young, flourishing company with experienced industry professionals. We have fostered a culture of hard work, loyalty, service, dedication and pride with our team in Austin, and look forward to adding more individuals who share our passion and determination to deliver exceptional customer service."
