The new solution enables complex hedge funds, prime brokers and fund administrators to more effectively streamline their operations, control operational risk and provide better client service.

In addition to Geneva, Advent's Global Hedge Fund Solution also features the newly developed Workflow Manager, a powerful integration platform that allows firms to easily and efficiently manage the workflows and data exchange between Geneva and other applications.

In Advent's Global Hedge Fund Solution, Geneva 6.0 is now fully integrated with Advent's Moxy for order management, Advent Partner for partnership accounting and the new Workflow Manager for STP.

"With traditional assets flowing in to hedge funds and heightened regulation currently facing the industry, hedge funds are in critical need of managing operational risk. Advent's Global Hedge Fund Solution's fully integrated suite of products for trading, investment and partnership accounting will allow firms to minimize risk, streamline their operations and reduce costs while managing the most complex investments," said Peter Hess, Advent's senior vice president and general manager for Global Accounts.
