"AccountNow needed to diversify its card production capabilities because daily debit card production volume increased substantially and the marketing department's demands were becoming much more complex," said Scott Bass, Head of Marketing Operations for AccountNow. "We chose Fiserv because of its emphasis on account management, its ability to handle large production volumes and its innovative solutions, such as oversized card carriers and the WC3® client portal. We are confident that Fiserv will be able to handle our growing business and marketing needs."

"With Fiserv, AccountNow will have access to best-in-class production management tools and client support," said Jorge Diaz, president, Output Solutions, Fiserv. "Using the WC3 web-based client portal, AccountNow will be able to track production in real-time and access ship dates, mail piece content and inventory status, all through the convenience of a computer."

Fiserv is a leading provider of prepaid products and services and offers processing, program management and business communication services, including card manufacturing and personalization, transactional document composition and production, electronic document delivery services and direct marketing strategy and execution.
