The Program will be led by David Bloomer, an ACTIV Financial veteran, and will benefit ACTIV's existing partners with more comprehensive solutions and help drive the broader adoption of ACTIV among new participants.

The ACTIV Channels and Alliance Program currently has partnerships with over 40 ISVs operating around the world, who rely on the firm's real-time market data and global infrastructure (ActivNet) for their own unique and customized products. ISV partners consume ACTIV's market data through their own applications, transforming global real-time information into insightful analytics, powerful trading interfaces and algorithmic trading engines. In addition, clients are able to take advantage of ActivNet for trade order routing, FIX messaging and other connectivity advantages to thousands of trade destinations.

"Our ISV partners and mutual customers have long benefited from ACTIV's unique combination of highly reliable real-time data, global connectivity and co-location via ActivNet, and our personalized, high-touch support," said Bloomer, Director of Channel Sales. "I am excited to be leading ACTIV's increased commitment and investment in this Program to the benefit of our partners and customers."

"We've seen tremendous benefits from our partnership with Activ Financial and value its market offering," said Steve Lukes, Vice President of America Sales at Orc. "By leveraging ACTIV's high quality data and extensive network, we are able to provide our customers with high-quality applications that are integrated for optimized experience and user benefit."
