Best Merchant Rates (BMR) has signed a multi-year service agreement with Phoenix Managed Networks for Phoenix PayGate.

BMR, an Independent Sales Organization (ISO), based in California will incorporate PayGate, Phoenix's hosted electronic payment solution into its existing suite of services. Phoenix PayGate supports a range of payments including credit, debit, electronic benefits transfer (EBT), gift, loyalty, and check transaction processing and has been developed specifically for the ISO channel.

Phoenix PayGate is a fully white labeled service with support for recurring payments, tokenization and flexible merchant and data import tools. It combines state-of-the-art security features and functionality, providing customers with a fast, flexible, scalable and proven entry point into virtual payments processing.

Trevor Fall Executive Vice President, North American Sales commented: "We're delighted BMR has selected Phoenix Managed Networks. We have invested heavily in delivering a strong set of differentiators that ISOs can call their own. Our fully redundant, PCI certified gateway service is easily integrated, offers a fully embedded payments page and provides advanced fraud filtering. After evaluating the various 'one size fits all' solutions on the market, BMR chose PayGate for its depth of features and custom flexibility and our expert help desk team who are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year."

Danny Choi, President and CEO of Best Merchant Rates said, "We are looking forward to using Phoenix PayGate to provide our customers with a payment gateway that we can call our own. We believe that the ability to customize and configure each client with a solution that fits their specific needs will be invaluable to growing our business."

The ISO market is becoming increasingly important in the international payments industry, with merchants and other end users expecting cutting edge technology and increased value from their payments vendors. Phoenix PayGate's dynamically generated 'Gateway Interface Emulator' allows merchants and Indndependent Software Vendors (ISV's) to connect to Phoenix PayGate's Application Processing Interface (API) with little to no development effort. This means the merchant can be up and running in no time.
