In 2010 FLEXTERA Front Office became the first financial solution in Eastern Europe which had been successfully certified against the IBM Banking Industry Framework standards in the Customer Care and Insight domain.

In 2011 the accounting solution FLEXTERA General Ledger was validated in the Core Banking Transformation domain of the Framework.
