Chosen for its ability to integrate seamlessly with the bank's existing infrastructure, PayLOGICS enables UBB to house all transactions and historical data in one location. Merging image cashletter files, ACH and other transaction details into a single cloud-based archive, the Active Archive module gives UBB a centralized view of all customer payment activity, and meets all compliance and reporting requirements.

It also gives the bank an opportunity to attract new business.

According to Mary Sherman, Vice President and UNETexchange manager for UBB, "Active Archive enables us to offer our respondent customers a tool to easily and efficiently manage their data and automate the process of returns and adjustments. It gives them a real competitive advantage."

"Enabling banks to remain competitive is the driving force behind PayLOGICS," said Sean Pennock, President of Aptys Solutions. "Unlike first generation technology that tried to cobble together various payment silos, PayLOGICS is a truly unified platform that enables banks like UBB to serve as their own exchange networks with least cost routing and drive down incremental costs."
