FircoSoft, the leading global provider of watch list filtering solutions, announced today that it has acquired ClaveLink, its long-time partner based in São Paulo, Brazil.

ClaveLink was founded in 2002 as a product and service provider for SWIFT users, and has been a reseller of FircoSoft's watch list filtering solutions in Brazil and Argentina since 2005.

The acquisition of ClaveLink creates FircoSoft Brazil, a new regional office. FircoSoft Brazil will work more closely with its local clients, including Banco Do Brasil and Itau. The Brazilian team will offer training and product support on FircoSoft solutions as well as tuning and list services.
"ClaveLink has been a trusted and successful partner for over seven years, with deep expertise in FircoSoft solutions and sanctions compliance controls," said Laurent Corbel, Managing Director of FircoSoft. "We are delighted to be opening a new office with a seasoned team already in place, having built a strong local presence, to continue to serve our clients while growing our business footprint in South America."

"We are proud to be part of a world-class organization providing the industry's premier watch list filtering solutions, and look forward to helping more banks in the region protect against risk and ensure compliance with regulations on terrorist financing and embargoes," said Tatiane Rodrigues, Gerente Administrativo of ClaveLink.

The new FircoSoft Brazil is located at Libero Badaró 496, 2º andar, Edifício Help Byte, CEP 01008-000, São Paulo - SP, Brazil.
