CR2, global provider of self-service banking solutions, is proud to announce that Emirates Lebanon Bank, otherwise known as ELBank, has selected its BankWorld Mobile and Internet Banking solution.

The announcement was made during CR2's conference held in the Phoenicia hotel in Beirut in front of a large group of C-Level guests from Lebanese banks.

ELBank is a partnership between Bank of Sharjah, UAE and BNP Paribas with the objective of providing high quality banking services to the corporate and private segments. The selection of BankWorld follows ELBank's strategy to considerably strengthen its operations and improve the level of service provided to its customers while managing the bank's mobile and internet channel from a single platform.

By selecting BankWorld, ELBank will strengthen its competitive advantage in the Lebanese Corporate and Private sector with a high quality of services and modern banking tools. ELBank's customers will be able to manage their finances efficiently by using the mobile and internet banking sites put at their disposal. ELBank's customers will be able to easily access their account information, delegate tasks to their Relationship Managers, receive or send short messages to authorise payments and transfer funds between accounts directly from a mobile handset, tablets or any device with internet access.
