SunGard's Investran is an award winning application suite that helps automate and support the entire investment lifecycle, from fundraising to portfolio monitoring and reporting. Security Properties has deployed Investran via its Software-as-a-Service* (SaaS) delivery model.

Investran's integrated platform will provide Security Properties with automated accounting processes to help reduce workload and improve accuracy. Investran will be used to store property level, performance and income information. Security Properties will utilize Investran's reporting capabilities to run exposure reports by real estate investment and various user-defined investment classifications.

Security Properties also selected Investran Data Exchange, a Web-based multi-directional portal that provides document management, reporting and workflow solutions, to help create greater efficiencies in their investor reporting process. Investran Data Exchange will provide Security Properties with a self-service portal to post performance reports and quarterly financials in a secure setting for investors to access on-demand.
