Available to new and existing customers. dCRM mobile is now available on iPad, iPhone and Blackberry devices, and will support Android and Windows 7 devices in the near future.
dCRM Mobile features the crucial subset of functionalities needed for working when on the move. It has the same entities such as Funds and Opportunities and it follows the same structure as dCRM, making it easy for existing users to navigate. Users can work off-line, independently of an Internet or mobile connection to updates their investor data. The application will synchronise this data in the background, the next time it is connected. This means that no matter where they are users can make changes and be assured that data contained within dCRM or dCRM Mobile, will be up-to-date.
"In this industry, people spend a lot of time traveling and want to be able to work from any device, not just via a laptop or desktop PC. "Today's announcement means that managers can provide their team with direct access to the power of dCRM via their iPad, iPhone and Blackberry devices. As dCRM Mobile isn't reliant upon an Internet or wireless connection, managers can make their updates on a taxi, plane or train. If an employee should lose their device, the data can be remotely wiped to ensure that their company data is protected. The end result will be enhanced investor service and a more commercially fruitful pipeline for our clients" said Ian Murrin, CEO, Digiterre.
