SYNTRON will strengthen Sterci's project delivery capacity for Sterci solutions in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany and Austria.

Recent Sterci growth coupled with the acquisition of new customers across several continents has made this strategic partnership indispensable for Sterci's continued expansion. With considerable experience in project handling, professional services and support activities, SYNTRON becomes Sterci's partner of choice to handle its financial business solutions in this geographical zone.

Common knowledge of the Financial Services Industry, similarity in entrepreneurial philosophy and corresponding long-term strategies, both in term of solutions and geographical expansion, have led to this strategic partnership.

"We are delighted to be working with SYNTRON. We see this new joint venture as a cohesive response to the requirement for a geographical expansion. The joint offering complements Sterci's existing offering of integrated business solutions for financial messaging. This partnership is an exceptional combination of strength and expertise in the global business solutions area and we are confident that we will succeed as a team", said Simon Kalfon, CEO of Sterci.

Gaetano Jorlano, CEO of SYNTRON, comments: "By combining our competencies we are able to provide synergic effects that will be transferred to our customers as direct benefits. In addition to software solutions, SYNTRON has its own professional service department, offering project management, project support, implementation and help desk services".
