Tieto has implemented the new generation Card Suite Fraud Management solution in Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje, one of the leading banks in Macedonia.
Tieto's solution ensures efficient payment card fraud management in online and offline modes. The solution aims at minimizing the payment cards related fraud and ensuring secure card-based operations for the bank's customers.
Thanks to seamless collaboration of experienced and qualified specialists in Tieto and Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje, the system was taken into use well ahead of the initial launch date. During the project, Tieto's specialists also provided value added services including business analysis, system installation and integration with a 3rd party card management system, as well as on-site testing and training.
Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje chose Tieto's solution based on the company's expertise in the payment area, product references, high-quality and advanced technical characteristics of the system as well fast delivery capabilities.
