NYSE Technologies, the commercial technology unit of NYSE Euronext (NYX), today announced the continued expansion of its Historical TAQ product suite to include European Cash Equities and Fixed Income data from Euronext markets as well as Derivatives data from the NYSE Liffe U.S. market.
Complementing the recent additions of U.S. Options and NYSE Liffe derivative products from January 2011, these additions further enhance the historical TAQ product suite that includes a broad range of key trading venues around the world and all NYSE Euronext markets.
Built at source from the Consolidated Tape, NYSE TAQ data has become an invaluable tool across commercial and academic institutions for analyzing historical market activity and developing and optimizing trading strategies. TAQ efficiently provides historical trade, quote, and order book data, and is time-stamped to the millisecond, allowing customers to recreate market conditions and align market events with accuracy.
