The license will cover all of USC's existing customers and any future card customization programs with credit unions. USC can now move forward with the peace of mind that the service it is offering benefits from a license of Serverside's patents, providing a robust commercial platform from which it can build and consolidate its market position.

Jim Giacobbe, President/CEO, United Solutions Company Inc, commented: "We are delighted to have brought this matter to a close and, equally importantly, that we are now able to offer our customers reassurance that they are dealing with a card customization provider that has the necessary rights to offer the service."

Adam Elgar, President, Serverside Group, commented: "When we started Serverside Group and created the digital card customization market, we made the protection of our intellectual property one of our highest priorities and invested significant resources to this end. We are delighted that United Solutions Company has recognized our innovation in this space and will support it in any way we can in the future."
