Vertex, a leading global Customer Management Outsourcing business with clients in the financial services, private and public sectors, has successfully completed an upgrade with ING Direct UK of the Omiga mortgage processing software which underpins ING Direct UK's mortgage lending solution.
The new platform is a major upgrade for ING Direct which has over one million customers in the UK. As a result of the deployment its application platform has migrated from VB6 based code to a .NET solution.
Vertex will also provide additional development services following the successful migration.
