Logica and Simplex will provide a joint solution for an outsourced connectivity service for corporate clients. Both organisations will provide this service on a pan-European basis, with an initial focus on the strong corporate sector in the UK, Germany, France, Benelux and Nordic markets.

The need for increased global transparency and risk visibility, better liquidity management, intraday reconciliations and greater operational efficiencies in a multi-bank environment, are all addressed by an award-winning suite of services. Logica designed the SWIFT system and this joint solution will help ensure corporates can maximise straight-through-processing opportunities when integrating into their back end systems.

The Simplex-Logica partnership ensures global compliance and interoperability. Legacy and proprietary data is transformed into SEPA message formats, enabling corporate clients to benefit from lower transaction costs without the expense of changing existing Treasury or Enterprise systems.
