The existing partnership between the two companies has already seen the successful joint development of CashInsight Assure, an enhanced Teller Automation connectivity solution which is exclusively marketed and distributed by Talaris. CashInsight Assure utilises the Lutzwolf DeviceController software which is 100% platform independent and built on the J/XFS standard. Talaris currently distributes the DeviceController software globally, with exclusivity in the United States and Canada.

This acquisition signifies the ongoing strength of the partnership and Talaris' commitment to providing solutions which deliver measurable business value to customers. Lutzwolf will continue to operate as an independent software house.

Tim Robinson, Chief Executive, said: "We are delighted to be extending our partnership with Lutzwolf. The company is a leader in the field of advanced connectivity solutions and significantly enhances our ability to deliver bespoke software solutions to our customers. This acquisition will allow us to capitalise on opportunities in the rapidly growing teller automation market and is the latest example of our ongoing efforts to bring market-leading solutions to our customers."

Lutz Wolf, founder and Managing Director of LutzWOLF said: "We are very excited to be joining the Talaris team. Both companies have worked closely together for many years and this new development will strengthen our partnership and allow us both to provide an enhanced, market leading offering to our customers."
