Under the agreement, WRG will integrate its MemberEdge Mobile Banking 2.x to Share One's NewSolutions core processing system. The initial Share One clients to deploy the solution will launch later this year.

MemberEdge Mobile Banking provides credit union members with access to their financial data across a variety of channels, including SMS text messaging, mobile browsers, and smart phone applications for iPhone®, iPad®, and Android® devices. It boasts powerful end-user features, including the ability to pay bills, view check images, and transfer money.

"We are excited to begin our product partnership with Share One," declared Tim Dolan, President of WRG. "Mobile Banking has become a critical delivery channel for credit unions. And by integrating our product directly to the NewSolutions core, WRG and Share One will offer Share One clients a mobile solution that is second to none."

"Adding MemberEdge Mobile Banking to our own Internet service delivery products will provide our clients the tools they need to compete in the tumultuous financial marketplace. Encouraging credit union members to initiate as many of their transactions themselves is another step in providing the means for our clients to reduce operating expenses," said Daryl Tanner, President of Share One. "We researched and compared all of the major mobile banking vendors but chose WRG, not only because they were CUSO, but because their staff and technological leadership were without peer."
