Ian Pascal, Head of Marketing and Communications at Baring Asset Management, comments: "As a business we are committed to giving our clients access to the best information there is to help them with their investment decisions. The success of our iPhone app confirmed that our clients both want and need timely and relevant information on their investments, so it seemed sensible to roll this function out to a wider audience."
The Barings Fund Prices app allows users to view up-to-date fund prices at any time via a BlackBerry. Users can choose from Barings' extensive range of Asia Pacific, EMEA, Fixed Income, Global Emerging Markets, European and Multi Asset investment funds via a customisable display and have the ability to filter the funds by geographic location and currency preference. In addition to providing an overview of fund prices, the app also provides information on individual funds such as fund charges and minimum investment requirements.
