Tieto and EnterCard are expanding their cooperation, and Tieto becomes a strategic IT partner that will help the credit card group develop and improve their digital customer interface as well as a range of mobile services.
Newly developed e-banking and mobile bank services are some of the new features that EnterCard's customers can look forward to in the near future. The four-year agreement corresponds to an estimated order value of close to EUR 10 million (SEK 90 million), and includes the entire Nordic market.
- This is yet another step in our partnership with Tieto. We will now be able to expand our customer services to our corporate customers and card partners, and they will have complete access to Tieto's expertise in digital customer services, says EnterCard's Head of Operations, Tord Topsholm.
In addition to the development of EnterCard's e-banking services, the agreement also involves an expanded partnership, whereby Tieto will provide operating services to manage the entire IT-infrastructure. EnterCard has had a significant need for stability in its production environment, including access to 24/7 support services. EnterCard will also have access to Tieto's IT experts and development teams.
- Tieto has offered a large customer-support team including various roles. This gives us the opportunity to supply EnterCard with the resources they need, when they need them - from graphic designers, who will improve user experience of e-banking, to experts in development of mobile services, says Jennie Broström Lundmark, customer services manager at Tieto.
