Morphis, a Texas-based company with offices in Houston, Dallas and Dhaka, Bangladesh is the world leader in ATM, banking and armored carrier software. Morphis products are in use worldwide at central banks, commercial banks, credit unions, armored carriers, independent ATM deployers, and transaction processors.

"The ease of use, accuracy and flexibility of Morphis has helped us to better organize our field service team and to be more efficient," says Troy LeBlanc, owner of Absolute ATM.

MorphisSCTM addresses the five most important departmental responsibilities required to run a successful service operation; ATM service order generation through multiple channels, ATM service management, ATM parts inventory management, and contract and financial management. Morphis delivers process control and automation standards eliminating the tribal knowledge, guesswork and multiple disconnected systems typically found in many field service operations.

"For my growing business, I needed an application that would allow us to dispatch technicians quickly with the right information and right parts, monitor and track the progress of every service call from inception to resolution as well as handle all the financial reporting and invoicing," said LeBlanc, a 22 year veteran in the ATM business. "I've been very pleased with Morphis. It has helped us provide our customers more efficient service, higher ATM up time and quicker turn around on service calls."

MorphisSCTM is available in two licensing alternatives - on-premise site licensing and Software-as-a-Service - to meet individual budgets and levels of need.
