BPC is well known for its commitment to provide its customers with the very latest open and flexible options to support their processing needs. One result of this strategy has been the recent optimization of the SmartVista interface for the iOS operating system to add iPad as a channel option for remote access.

An immediate application for SmartVista on iPad is in the area of ATM management where field staff can monitor the health of network ATMs and move quickly to resolve problems as they arise. The routine replenishment of ATMs can also be facilitated by optimizing the route taken by the drivers to attend to critically low machines first, while servicing those with ample cash later.

"The way our clients wish to access their data continues to expand. With this new tool from BPC customers can now work on and analyze any data from anywhere, increasing efficiency and improving customer service", commented Vasily Grigoriev, CEO, BPC Banking Technologies.
