Integrated Media Management (IMM), a document output management and automation technology provider, announced today that Syracuse, N.Y.-based Empower Federal Credit Union has successfully implemented its TotaleAtlasWeb solution to allow members to securely access and sign documents remotely, from any location at any time.

Empower FCU's security policy includes a commitment to not send its members live email links, which IMM accommodated by integrating TotaleAtlasWeb into the credit union's home banking portal. An email prompts members to access the necessary documents within their home banking accounts rather than sending them to a third-party site via live Web links. This approach provides an added layer of authentication, but also brings a new level of convenience to how members can conduct business: away from a branch and not limited to traditional operating hours. IMM's TotaleAtlasWeb presents secure document viewing and offers credit union members the ability to complete documents online at any time. Additionally, the solution provides public key infrastructure (PKI) digital signature capture via the Web for the most secure, enforceable remote signature technology available.
TotaleAtlasWeb gives Empower FCU a cost effective solution to remove inefficiencies and expenses associated with frequent emailing, scanning and faxing of paper documents. The technology automatically sends, archives and indexes documents within Empower FCU's imaging system under the member's account without manual intervention, significantly reducing keystroke errors while increasing branch productivity.
